The Collective
A twice monthly online women’s group for grounded growth, relational awareness, and embodied community.
The Collective is a steady place to land. A small circle of women who gather in honesty, in rhythm, and in relationship. This is where inner work becomes lived, shared, and supported.
The next season of The Collective begins January 2026.

Within a grounded community of women, we return to what is real, the body, the heart, the truth of our lived experience. We gather in honest conversation, guided practice, and shared reflection. Together, we soften the stories that keep us performing, untangle from who we were taught to be, and learn to trust what we actually feel.
This is not a course or a place to be fixed.
It is a continual practice of being in relationship, to yourself, to others, and to the life you are living, inside a group that holds it all with care.
Who this is For
The Collective is for women who crave depth, steadiness, and connection that feels human.
- Women who want a place to exhale, to be witnessed, to speak honestly, and to show up exactly as they are.
- Women who are walking with awareness yet long for a rhythm that keeps the work alive between the big moments.
- Women who want to bring what they know into how they live and who feel ready to explore their inner world with support rather than pressure.
This space is for women who want depth without the intensity of a long term deep dive.
A warm, grounded community where they can soften into themselves.
Together, we explore
• Self trust and sovereignty in daily life
• Boundaries that protect connection rather than distance it
• Nervous system awareness and emotional regulation
• Honesty, rupture, and gentle repair
• Grief, anger, shame, and the tenderness beneath them
• Desire, joy, and the soft reclamation of pleasure
• Vulnerability as a path back to integrity
• Edges, patterns, and the parts of us that guard and guide
• How our past shapes our present, and how to soften its impact
• Somatic practices that restore safety and presence
• Shadow work and meeting what lives beneath the surface
• How we integrate what we learn so it becomes lived
Each gathering becomes a mirror, showing us where we are expanding, where we are protecting, and where love is ready to move again.

Hi, I’m Melissa,
I’m an Inner Work and Somatic Facilitator, Conscious Relationship Counsellor, and Attachment Specialist.
My work lives where body, attachment, and honest relating meet. I’ve walked this work in my own life and with countless women, learning again and again that healing doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens in connection.
The Collective was created as a steady place to practice that truth, to stretch into our edges, to soften into vulnerability, and to grow in community.
My Story
For the past 7 years, I’ve guided women to untangle the roots of anxious and avoidant relating, repair nervous system patterns, and create relationships that feel steady and alive.
I believe in this work because I’ve lived it. I know what it’s like to feel unseen and criticized, to silence myself just to keep the peace, to abandon who I was in order to be loved. And I know the freedom of no longer living from that script.
