I’m an Inner Work and Somatic Facilitator, Conscious Relationship Counsellor, and Attachment Specialist.

My Approach

The way I work begins from the bottom up. Lasting change does not come only from talking things through or understanding the story in your mind. It comes from learning how to be with what is happening in your body and nervous system in the moments when you feel triggered, shut down, or disconnected.

Together, we slow things down. We notice the tightness in your chest, the pull to stay quiet, or the way you brace for conflict. These signals are not random — they are your body carrying old experiences and patterns of protection. When we can meet them with awareness and care, something new becomes possible.

This is not about fixing or forcing change. It is about creating enough safety inside yourself to try a different response. Over time, the patterns that once felt automatic begin to shift, and space opens for more honesty, intimacy, and ease in your relationships.
