What you're buying

The Complete Holiday Planner is an online planner for the holiday season, sold by Inner Wisdom Rising. You use it in your web browser on a computer, tablet or phone, and you can add it to your phone's home screen like an app.

Your purchase includes your own private planner for people and gifts, gatherings, menus and recipes, shopping lists, family time, home and décor, and handmade gifts, plus the printable pages inside it.

Delivery. There is nothing shipped. Right after payment you go straight into your planner, and you can sign in again any time with the email you used at checkout. Stripe emails your receipt.

Price and payment

The planner is CA$37, paid once. From launch until 11:59 pm Eastern on 15 November 2026, the launch price of CA$27 applies automatically at checkout.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. If you pay from outside Canada, checkout may show the price in your own currency, and your bank's exchange rate applies.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Inner Wisdom Rising never sees or stores your card number.

There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. You are only ever charged when you choose to buy.

Yours to keep

Once you buy the planner, it's yours to keep. You can keep using, editing and printing it after the holidays and in the years that follow, for as long as Inner Wisdom Rising offers the planner.

If we ever stop offering it, we will email you at least 90 days ahead so you have time to print or save anything you want to keep.

New editions. Each fall we plan to release a new edition with that year's calendar and key dates, a fresh recipe collection and menus, new gift guides and projects, and any new features. New editions are optional. Returning customers can buy them at a reduced price, and everything you saved carries over. Your existing planner keeps working whether or not you buy a new edition.

Conscious Post members. Conscious Post members get the planner free, using the personal access code we send them. It's theirs to keep in the same way as a purchased planner.

Refund policy

All sales are final. Because the planner is a digital product that opens the moment you pay, we don't offer refunds if you change your mind. Please try the demo planner before you buy so you know it suits you.

When we will refund you. If a technical problem on our side stops the planner working for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase. We'll do our best to fix it. If we can't fix it within 7 days of hearing from you, we'll refund your purchase in full.

Charged twice by mistake. If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we'll refund the extra charge.

When a purchase is refunded, access to the planner from that purchase ends.

Before you contact your bank. If something isn't right, please email us first at melissa@innerwisdomrising.ca. We answer within 2 business days and it's almost always faster than a bank dispute.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or country.

Using your planner

Your account. Each purchase is for one household's planner. You sign in with your email, so please keep access to that email address. You can invite family members to view or respond to a gathering, but please don't share your sign-in.

Personal use. The planner, its recipes, guides, artwork and printables are for your own household's use. You're welcome to print pages for yourself and your family. Please don't resell, share or republish them.

What you add stays yours. Your lists, notes, recipes and photos belong to you. We store them only so your planner works, and you can delete your account and everything in it from Settings at any time.

Availability. We work to keep the planner running smoothly, but like any online service it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We aren't responsible for losses that come from a planner being briefly unavailable, beyond refunding you as described above.

Privacy, changes and contact

Privacy. How we collect, use and protect your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown when you bought. If we make a change that affects planners you already own, we'll email you first.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
